Carbon Neutral Printing Adelaide. Keystone Printing participates with South Australian environmental organisation "Trees For Life", through its Carbon Neutral program, to offset carbon emissions through native tree planting.

From humble beginnings commencing with 15,000 seedlings grown in 1982, Trees For Life now grows over 1 million seedlings annually and has a volunteer base of more than 10,000 members.

Trees For Life’s aim is “The revegetation of South Australia and the protection of its remnant vegetation”. The community-based, not-for-profit organisation recycles its income back into the following comprehensive revegetation and vegetation protection programs:

Tree Scheme

Providing local native seedlings for revegetation to landholders at below cost. 1900 volunteers and landholders grow 1 million seedlings annually (27 m grown to date).

Seed Collection

Volunteers collect 200 species of provenance seed for revegetation.

Bush For Life

Training and supporting 300 community volunteers and landholders annually (650 currently long term active volunteers) who manage over 3000 ha of significant bushland using minimal disturbance techniques.

Direct Seeding

Broadscale revegetation - 2500 kilometres of cleared land across the state revegetated using this methodology. Average of 500km (200ha) direct seeding per year.

Carbon Neutral

Biodiversity plantings for carbon offsets – 110 hectares planted to date.

And 17 trees can absorb the carbon dioxide emitted from your car each year, trapping the carbon in the wood and releasing the oxygen back into our atmosphere.
